Helping a Saas Player Scale Up for Growth in Australia & UK

When ExecCo.Search met the Founder of this very cool and unique SaaS player they needed to pivot fast & furiously to create their MVP for their platform and land customers. Firstly we recruit the Technologists, Product, Operations & Sales crew that could get us ready for our first trial. We were on the Executive team in the role of Chief People and Culture Officer (virtual/1 day a week) and we owned HR hygiene, payroll.
The exciting part was we used our C-suit network to link up new sales opp0rtunities with retailers, construction and consumer goods clients.
