We recruited key leaders around Finance, Operations, Technology Development, Sales & Marketing. We the hired the Technologists, Customer Success & Sales crew. We were a Virtual People & Culture Officer and developed Company values, wrapped up HR hygiene & defined performance planning to create big rocks & KRAs.
