One of the hardest searches was for a Big 4 firm where we did needed to identify one of four CTOs in Australia that could solve a specific problem. It was a ‘needle in the haystack’ search. Fast forward a couple of years and the tech problems in Australia were solved and the team were put on the global stage to help their counterparts in other regions.
